Carpooling with Jesus is a daily Bible devotional podcast for kids and families, hosted by Pastor Justin Herman. CWJ+ is the subscription that unlocks the weekend episodes, the weeknight Goodnight Psalms, the rest of each Heroes arc, and both bonus series. If something is not working, the answers below cover the common questions and a real person reads every email.

What does a CWJ+ subscription include?

Saturday and Sunday episodes of Carpooling with Jesus, every Monday through Friday Goodnight Psalms, episodes 2 through 5 of each Carpooling with Heroes of the Bible arc, and two bonus series inside the Carpooling with Jesus feed: Questions from the Backseat and What Should I Do If.

What stays free?

The daily show is free forever. Carpooling with Jesus is free Monday through Friday, Goodnight Psalms is free on Saturday and Sunday, and episode 1 of every Heroes arc is free for everyone.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the app store you signed up in. On Apple Podcasts, open your account settings and choose Manage Subscriptions. On Spotify, open your account page and manage the subscription there. We cannot start, change, or cancel a subscription for you.

I was charged and cannot hear subscriber episodes.

Sign out and back in on the app you subscribed through, then refresh the show. If the episodes are still locked, contact Apple Support or Spotify Support, since they hold the billing record and the entitlement. Email us too and we will help you chase it.

Can I listen on more than one device?

Yes. Your subscription follows the account you bought it with, so any device signed into that account can play subscriber episodes.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are issued by Apple or Spotify, not by us. Use the billing support page of whichever service you subscribed through.
