Jesus Leaves the 99 to Find You: The Lost Sheep
Whether you’re buckled in for errands or barefoot in the backseat, Pastor Justin is here—and today’s episode is all about getting lost and being found.
For Parents
Every kid wonders at some point whether they really matter. This episode tells the parable of the lost sheep from Luke 15 and makes it personal: Jesus would leave the crowd to come find just one. Pastor Justin connects it to feeling left out or having messed up, and reminds kids they are seen and worth searching for. At home, talk about someone who feels far away and one kind way to reach out to them. It turns being found into a reason to go find others.
The One Thing for the Ride
“Even if you were the only one who needed saving, Jesus would still come find you because you matter that much.”

Questions Kids Ask
What is the parable of the lost sheep about?
Jesus told about a shepherd who had a hundred sheep and left the ninety-nine to search for the one that was lost until he found it (Luke 15:4-7). When he found it, he threw a party, and Jesus said heaven celebrates like that over one person who turns back to God. It means even if you were the only one who needed finding, Jesus would still come after you.
