Trusting God's Word That Never Fails

Whether this is your first ride with us or you’ve been buckled in all month, today we’re wrapping up Proverbs for Your School Life with a powerful truth about God’s Word that every kid—and parent—needs to hear.

For Parents

This episode closes the Proverbs series with Proverbs 30:5, a verse from a man named Agur. Pastor Justin helps kids see two big truths: God's word is flawless and God himself is a shield. He contrasts favorite hoodies, shoes, and games that wear out with a word that always holds up. Kids are encouraged to build their lives on Scripture, run to God first when life feels confusing, and trust that every promise still stands.

The One Thing for the Ride

God's word never breaks down, so you can build your life on it and run to him as your shield.

Questions Kids Ask

Can I really trust that the Bible is true?

Your favorite hoodie wears out and your favorite game eventually gets old, but God's word never breaks down. The Bible says every word of God is pure and he is a shield to those who take refuge in him (Proverbs 30:5). You can build your whole life on what he has said, and when you are scared or confused, run to him first as your safe place.
